I am a Milwaukee based Latina hairdresser of over 24 years, I specialize in creating beautiful hair for YOU. Whether it be a major hair transformation, a beautiful style or a classic cut, it will be customized to bring out the best YOU. I also work as a bilingual Global Educator for Matrix which requires me to travel occasionally. I believe in continuously educating myself and others on hair care. This means I will only use the upmost professional hair products. I would encourage you to book your hair appointments in advance. Note that I do not do same-day appointments and my schedule tends to fill up quickly, I am currently booking out two and a half months in advance. Additionally, your hair appointment is reserved for services that are booked specifically for you. Please understand that no exceptions will be made for your kids, significant others, or other family members to receive services during your appointment time. Cancellation Policy
AS A MATRIX EDUCATOR I AM REQUIRED TO TRAVEL AND OFTEN THAT CONFLICTS WITH SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, I appreciate your flexibility and understanding with rescheduling. Thank you!!
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will have to reschedule your appointment , so that we do not run late for our next scheduled appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour cancellation notification is REQUIRED or the appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW.
NO-SHOW POLICY
There is a ZERO tolerance no-show policy. One no-show with zero contact or communication will result in the cancellation of future scheduled hair appointments. And no longer be able to schedule hair appointments and be seen as a client.
